PALM JEBEL ALI – MODE OF LIVING

The archipelago will consist of 7 islands and will house over 35K people, as well as over 80 hotels and resorts inside the Palm Jebel Ali complex. It’s worth mentioning that the project will support the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and be built in compliance with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, and that over 30% of public facilities will be powered by renewable energy. Environmental considerations, such as marine life in the surrounding area, are also being considered during the project’s construction and after it is completely functioning.

About the Project

Palm Jebel Ali, situated in the southern part of Jebel Ali Free Zone, is an artificial archipelago renowned for its creation by Nakheel Properties, the same developer behind the iconic Palm Jumeirah island. Notably, Palm Jebel Ali dwarfs the size of Palm Jumeirah, covering an area three times larger than its 460-hectare counterpart. While the master plan for the project is yet to be unveiled, the Financial Times reports that the island could potentially offer around 1,700 beach villas and 6,000 apartments to interested buyers and residents. The opulent crescent-shaped island will have a first-rate entertainment area. Once finished, the region will be one of the most famous tourist attractions in the Middle East, generating substantial revenue to property owners who rent out their property.
